Our annual signature event, the International Dinner, is hosted every Winter quarter and includes cultural performances and food from around the world! This historic 91探花 event is entirely student-organized and engages with various student organizations and the local Seattle community! When a handful of exchange students from Nicaragua attended 91探花, they co-organized an event with the International Student Center to share their experiences, food, and culture with the 91探花 community!

Navroz is a Persian celebration of Spring and the beginning of a new year. The event included snacks and traditional events, including egg painting! This event was co-organized between the International Student Center and Campus Ministry.

With the onset of COVID-19, Spring 2020 and onward will feature a collection of various virtual events, with Trivia Night and Movie Night starting us off strong! Led by our student leaders, the Global Ambassadors, these events are oftentimes co-organized with other student clubs and organizations around campus.
Every fall Seattle, Washington experiences the change of seasons, including leaves changing colors and pumpkin patches! This event brings international students outside the bustling city to enjoy a ride to a classic American experience of exploring a local pumpkin patch, going through corn mazes, enjoying a local petting zoo, and more!
All new students are required to complete the International Student Online Orientation. The purpose of this workshop is to introduce you to services at the International Student Center, assist you in managing your student immigration status, inform you about international student health insurance, and learn more about resources at 91探花. The discussion board can be used to conenct to other international students.
If you are on an F visa and plan to work off-campus via OPT, completing a OPT Canvas Course is a pre-requisite for the application.
Every year the International Student Center hosts an informational workshop on the H-1B visa with an immigration attorney. This is an opportunity for international students to learn and ask questions about the requirements and overall process of obtaining this particular work authorization.
